The brief

Back on Track connects professionals who are often overlooked with employers who are hiring. Privacy is the core of the idea: CVs are never public, and only the admin sees a profile for matching. The site had to explain that promise clearly and give professionals and employers their own private spaces.

What I built

A WordPress and Elementor site that works as both a marketing site and a small members’ platform:

  • Separate sign-up paths: “I’m a Professional” and “I’m Hiring”
  • Professional dashboard to upload or replace a CV and edit job preferences
  • Recruiter dashboard to post, edit and close job openings from the front end
  • Role-based access and secure CV storage, so each user only sees their own data
  • Explainer pages for How it works, Professionals, Employers, Trust and Fairness, and About
